Kettlebell Training
Well our kettlebell training will certainly give you a great workout. Whether you want to get fit or need conditioning to improve in your sport – we will challenge your weaknesses, so be prepared to work hard.

If you are a beginner don’t worry we are here to help you, the first few weeks is a learning experience, getting the technique right may take a little practice, but then comes the addiction to improve.

This is not a class to pummel you into the ground, that’s really easy to do with any type of exercise, we want to see you progress in a safe way, have an understanding of the exercises and enjoy the workout. Our functional testing system will show up any weaknesses you may have before you even start training.

Our workouts take on different formats working explosiveness, strength, core stability, flexibility, work capacity, the cardiovascular system and of course that all-important fat loss.

The kettlebell class does take a different turn at times using bands, bodyweight training, sandbags and any other equipment. We can find to exercise your muscles in different ways and add variety into the workout.

Currently, we are holding a weekly kettlebell class at Furzton in Milton Keynes. These classes run from 7.15pm to 8.15pm on Thursday evenings
