    We are now arranging kettlebell workshops aimed at anyone who wants to learn the basics. You don’t need to be a personal trainer - this is a course for the average person looking to learn how to use them at home.

    We offer pilates classes for:-

    We teach small group classes, as well as corporate classes and one-to-one tuition.
